Nomadic THC’s successor company, Cipher Cannabis Management LLC, was organized in Oklahoma in 2019 and was a licensed cannabis processor and grower. The company was founded by cannabis enthusiast Ikeno “Nomadic” Patrick, and tobacco industry executive Ronald Maynard, D.Sc Economics, both of whom are Atlanta natives.
